Guidelines for   Final E-Poster  and  Final Paper  Submission 

General Instructions

All presenters must be registered delegates of the conference. Certificates issued only to presenting authors.
Bring a USB backup and keep a copy of your presentation/poster.
Only E-Poster is allowed.
Total file size should not exceed 10 MB.
Images can be included.
Post graduates and consultants are welcome to present papers/posters on the above topics at the conference.
Each registered delegate shall present only one Paper or poster.
Consultants are excepted to present only their original work.
The abstract shall not exceed more than 300 words.
Paper and poster will be reviewed by the review committee.
Case series (more than 3 cases) and original articles will be papers.

Clearly state the full name, mobile number, Email ID and name of the college and society, while submitting the paper and poster with conference registration details.
Animation and videos are not allowed.
Please upload your final presentation / E-Poster Before 15th March 2026.
All selected contestants receive a participation certificate.
Prizes will be announced at the valedictory function.
Judges decisions on timing and evaluation are final. Stay within allocated time to avoid penalties.
Candidates should be present in the paper and poster presentation venue one hour before the schedule time.

Oral / Free Paper Guidelines

  • Timing: 6 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A (total 9 minutes). Please strictly adhere to the time limit.
  • Slides: Up to 15 slides (16:9 landscape).
  • Font: Times New Roman.
  • Format: PPT/PPTX.
  • Font & Layout:
    • Use a clear template.
    • Recommended body text size should be 24–32 pt for readability.
    • Concise bullet point.
    • Kindly avoid large paragraphs.
    • Don’t include animations or videos in your ppt
  • Slide Content and Structure: Title → Outline → Introduction → Aim/Objectives → Methods → Results (charts/tables) → Discussion → Conclusion → References.
  • Technical:
    • Embed all figures; ensure high-resolution images and labelled charts.
    • Final PPT will be uploaded to the organisers preview room (do not plan to use your own laptop).
  • Bring a USB backup and keep a PPT copy of your paper presentation.

E-Poster Guidelines

  • Timing: 3 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q&A (total 5 minutes). Please strictly adhere to the time limit.
  • E-Poster (digital):
    • Single-slide PPT to screen (16:9 / 1920×1080 px).
    • Single-slide submission only.
    • No embedded video/animations unless explicitly allowed.
  • Posters displayed on a 55-inch LCD.
  • Poster should be self-explanatory with appropriate images.  
  • Format: PPT (landscape, single slide, 16:9 ratio). 
  • Text & readability:
    • Times new roman.
    • Body text ≥ 12–18 pt; headings ≥ 30–72 pt.
    • Ensure text is legible from 1.5–2 m distance.
  • Design:
    • Use 2–3 contrasting colours, clear margins, and at least one summary figure.
    • Prioritise visuals over dense text.
    • Keep the layout clean with adequate white space.
  • On-site Etiquette: Be present at your poster during the designated poster session(s). Prepare a 2–5 minute elevator pitch and be ready for discussion.

ANNUAL YUVA KSOGA QUIZ COMPETITION — YUVA KSOGA 2026

Respected Sir/Madam,
We are happy to inform that ANNUAL YUVA KSOGA QUIZ COMPETITION for the postgraduates and consultants will be conducted separately during YUVA KSOGA 2026 at Mandya.

Guidelines for Postgraduate Quiz
  • Candidates can register through society or they can register their team directly with organising team.
  • Each team should consist of 2 members.
  • Any number of teams can participate from any society.
  • Mandatorily the team members should join the whatsapp group by scanning the QR Code created for updates and smooth functioning.
  • Each society or candidate should submit the Names and Registration Number to both yuva KSOGA 2026 official mail id yuvaksogaoffice2026@gmail.com and to Dr. Supritha, member yuva ksoga Quiz Committee 2026 +91 99642 42472, compulsorily by 15 MARCH, 2026 by 5 pm IST.
  • Any entries or mails after the deadline will not be accepted.
Prerequisites for Postgraduate Participants:
  • Each team will have 2 members, both members should be registered delegates.
  • Every quiz participant must be a member of the respective society — either annual membership which is currently active or a life membership.
  • Clearly state the full name, mobile number, Email ID and Name of the Institution or society while submitting the names and conference registration details.
  • Every quiz participant must register to the conference. Without registration, the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the quiz.
  • The written qualifier round will be held on 18th April, 2026. Four teams will be selected based on the top scores. The audiovisual final quiz will be held on 19th April, 2026 on stage for the selected 4 teams.
  • The winners of the quiz competition will be awarded cash prizes and certificate during the valedictory function.
Guidelines for the Consultant Quiz:
  • The consultants attending the conference can enroll themselves while collecting their conference badges at the venue (please enquire about the same).
  • There will be a separate registration counter to enroll for the consultant quiz. Consultant can do registration priorly or on spot registration.
  • There will be only one round of written quiz for the consultants to be held on 18th April, 2026.

Pre-requisites for Consultant Participants:

Consultant has to participate individually.
Written round is final.
Clearly state the full name, mobile number, email ID and name of the institution or society while submitting the names and conference registration details.
Mandatorily the consultant should join the whatsapp group by scanning the QR Code created for updates and smooth functioning.
Every quiz participant must be a member of the respective society — either annual membership which is currently active or a life membership.
Every quiz participant must register to the conference. Without registration, the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the quiz.
The top scoring consultant will be declared as winner. The names of the winning consultant will be announced during the valedictory function.
The winners of the quiz competition will be awarded cash prizes and certificate.
